Adaptive reuse of vintage building for high density office technology tenant, REVERB. Bitter Pop’s occupied a portion of the ground level storefront for their retail craft beer distribution center. The project included a new façade, 2-stop elevator, new code compliant staircases, all new MEP’s, new roof, ADA accessible entrances, and new restrooms.
