Originally three individual buildings, we stitched them together by knocking down demising walls and opening-up the space. At the rear of the building, we constructed a new addition, replacing previous parking areas. RLE managed the core & shell as well as the retail tenant interior fit out. Uncle Dan’s has become a staple in the heart of Lincoln Square’s retail district.
