Adaptive reuse of a vintage building for REVERB, a high density office technology tenant. Bitter Pop’s occupied a portion of the ground level storefront for their retail craft beer distribution center. The project included a new façade, two-stop elevator, code compliant staircases, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, roof, accessible entrances, and restrooms.Client: L3 Capital
