Founded by former Chicago Bear Israel Idonije, FBRK Impact House provides space where granting organizations can work together, intentionally sharing ideas and resources, so they can operate with maximum efficiency. From preconstruction budgeting to project closeout, RLE provided project management for the two-floor, 45,000 square-foot interior renovation and buildout, which includes dynamic workspaces, a new signature staircase, lounge for entertaining, wellness and reception areas. RLE provided key strategy for the new, interconnecting staircase and engagement of a technology vendor suited to serve Chicago’s first innovation-focused philanthropy center. RLE guided the team to achieve an ambitious schedule and provided support for the city’s leading philanthropic organizations to complete occupation.
