Lloyd is one of the co-founders of RLE Project Management. With over 2 billion dollars in construction experience he has worked at every level within the industry. As a subcontractor, general contractor and developer, his experience gives him a distinctive perspective on project management. His past work includes high rise, residential, commercial office and industrial projects. Prior to founding RL Edward Partners, Lloyd was the General Manager/VP of Development & Construction for Merchandise Mart properties. He was responsible for construction and development around the country including the $500 million-dollar Medical Mart and Convention Center.
Ryan is a founding partner of RLE Project Management. Ryan is a dynamic construction executive with over twenty years of experience as a general contractor, developer, and owner’s representative. Ryan has held various positions in the industry with one of the largest General Contractors and one of the largest publicly traded REIT’s in the Country. Ryan has experience in several construction and development departments including preconstruction, project management, scheduling, cost engineering, and executive committee.
Janelle brings an invaluable sense of organization, management, and technical understanding that can be applied to projects of all scales. A licensed Architect with more than fifteen years of experience in Design and Construction, Janelle has worked on a wide range of projects which vary both in program and scale, including primary and secondary schools, urban master plans, high rise towers, renovations, and retail interiors.
Matt serves as Project Executive and Southeast Lead at RLE. With over fifteen years of domestic and international experience, he brings a strong track record of leadership across complex construction efforts. His background spans both field and commercial roles, providing a balanced perspective on project delivery. As client lead, Matt oversees preconstruction planning, budget and schedule strategy, team procurement, and construction oversight. His strategic approach and technical insight support thoughtful management of client projects and portfolios.
Rachel serves as Project Executive and Interiors Lead at RLE. Rachel brings twenty-five years of construction and design experience with a diverse portfolio of legal, financial, tech, and non-profit clients. She has led several of the largest marquee interiors projects in Chicago and nationwide, including highly complex HQs, restacks, and relocations. Rachel’s leadership enables an elevated delivery of owner representation.
Jen began her career in retail accounting for a large furniture chain. She worked in every aspect of the department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Jen worked on month, quarter and year end reports and all sales and payroll tax filings. Eventually becoming the manager of the pricing department, she worked with vendors to set prices and ensure profits for the company. Jen worked to eliminate the paper pricing system and created an online version accessible by all stores, which secured accurate price adjustments. After many years there, she left to pursue her next project as a mother to three kids. Jen joined RLE in 2016 as an Office Manager and Accountant. She works on all monthly duties including invoicing, payables, receivables, accounting budgets and reports. She also manages all employee expenses and company policies. Working alongside the Partners, Jen assists in multiple capacities to continue the growth of RLE.
Maggie brings experience in project team development with a special focus on nonprofit organizations. She has guided teams through complex projects by facilitating forward-thinking processes and communication. Her mindful approach allows her to build connections and develop trust and collaboration among a team.
Joshua brings an unmatched dedication for delivering the highest-level results for his clients. Joshua’s background includes over ten years of construction management with experience in markets throughout the United States. In his role as Senior Project Manager, Joshua provides a passion for overseeing the project from early development through the completion of construction. His attention to detail and organizational skills provide a clear path to a successful project.
Jess has built her career as both an owner and owner representative, bringing expertise in master planning, municipal coordination, and navigating existing facilities. She has successfully led teams through all project phases—from due diligence to closeout—on highly technical developments and complex headquarter projects. Her ability to align stakeholder priorities with project goals ensures efficient execution and long-term value.
Jennie is a licensed architect and interior designer with more than ten years of experience in design and construction at award winning architecture firms in Chicago and Europe. Jennie has worked on a variety of high-profile projects, ranging in scales and typologies and has expertise in residential high-rise, mixed-use high-rise, cultural buildings, performance spaces and performance driven design. Jennie’s holistic approach to architecture, attention to detail, organization skills and provide value to any projects from design phase through construction.
Reed is a Senior Project Manager and has ten years of experience in both general contracting and development. His national construction management experience includes interior buildouts, ground-up construction, and repositioning projects. Reed manages every phase, from early planning through project closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and efficiency in both budget and schedule.
Stephanie has over fifteen years of experience in the design and construction industry, specializing in corporate office interiors nationwide. Her deep understanding of technical aspects—codes, permitting, and onsite coordination—makes her a key asset to any project. She takes a hands-on approach, tailoring each project’s details to meet client needs while maintaining schedule and budget alignment. Known for her collaborative approach, she works seamlessly with clients, design teams, and contractors to keep projects moving efficiently from concept to completion.
With a background in subcontracting, Mitchell brings extensive experience providing support for interior build out projects. Mitchell is certified with OSHA and the American Institute of Constructors, and his attention to detail and thoughtful communication make him a key member of any project.
Greg is a structural engineer with exposure across new construction, core and shell, and retail and office projects. Greg’s professional background in both engineering and development provide him with a dynamic perspective and versatile skillset. Greg’s outside-the-box thinking helps ensure project success.
Mickey is a team-oriented Project Manager and licensed civil engineer. With experience throughout market types, Mickey is able to employ his industry expertise to successfully navigate project priorities and practical solutions. In his role as Project Manager, Mickey oversees projects from early development through the completion and closeout of construction. Mickey’s strong organization and collaboration abilities make him an ideal manager of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Belen is a Project Manager with a background in interior design and real estate development. She brings over a decade of experience leading complex projects and portfolios. Her approach combines design expertise with strong operational focus, ensuring thoughtful and efficient project delivery. Belen’s attention to detail and project team coordination ensures that project results align with project goals.
Nick combines a foundation in mechanical engineering and business administration with experience as a general contractor. He has experience managing projects from inception to completion. Nick is committed to client objectives, with a focus on process and cost management. With a collaborative approach, he builds strong relationships and supports clear communication and effective problem-solving.
With a background in general contracting and development, Lukasz is a detail-oriented project manager. He leverages his expertise in cost management to keep projects on track and mitigate risk. Skilled in 3D modeling and BIM coordination, he navigates complex project requirements with precision. Lukasz is highly organized and understands that communication is essential to a successful project.
Monicka is a Project Manager with a background in subcontracting, general contracting, and estimating. She manages projects through all phases, drawing on her technical experience to coordinate teams, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving forward. Her detail-oriented approach helps ensure that each project stays aligned with client goals and delivers lasting value.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and brings experience in both general contracting and owner representation. Kyle is skilled in managing project workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring that design intent aligns with client needs. This blend of architectural insight and hands-on construction knowledge equips Kyle to anticipate project challenges, streamline communication, and uphold quality standards.
With a background in marketing and business, Nicole plays a key role in shaping RLE’s communications and daily operations. She brings strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to team coordination, internal initiatives, and marketing efforts. A central member of the team, Nicole develops proposals and marketing materials while also supporting the systems that keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Her work strengthens connection and continuity across the firm and among our team.
Janelle is a multi-faceted Assistant Project Manager with experience in community development, building code, entitlement processes, and project management. Janelle has experience working with clients on campus and headquarter developments as well as supporting national portfolios of client projects. Janelle’s strong communication and analytical skills along with her diligent organization make her a vital team member.
