The Green Oaks senior housing development site is an irregular-shaped 39-acre parcel. The new development will contain a total of 211,078 square feet within three buildings: Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Support. There will be a total of 279 living units inside the entire complex. The Independent Living has a small Lower Level which includes public amenity spaces including fitness, multi-purpose room, living room, lounge, card room and arts & crafts. There is also a resident storage room and mechanical/electrical rooms. The first through fourth floors include the residential units as well as management offices and a few amenity spaces. The Assisted Living Lower Level includes the kitchen and dining facilities for both the Independent Living and the Assisted Living units. There are also extensive amenity spaces including multi-purpose room, studio, great room and fitness room. There are laundry rooms and mechanical/electrical spaces as well. There are three living levels of units with a lobby and lounge on the first floor. The Memory Support portion is a single story with a central area with four distinct kitchens, porch and living room spaces. The units wrap around this central area creating two courtyards.
