The Zachary Hotel development is a new hotel and retail building located in the Wrigleyville neighborhood at 3630 N. Clark Street in Chicago, IL. The Owner of the development is Hickory Street Capital, and the General Contractor is Walsh Construction Company. The new proposed hotel tower is 8 floors (1 below grade, 7 above grade), and is approximately 237,831 gross square feet. The new hotel will contain approximately 179 guestrooms, 8 additional tenants (7 of the 8 tenants are food and beverage tenants), 75 parking spaces in the below grade parking garage, and roof terraces. The HSC Office Plaza is planned to hold a broadcast studio on the ground floor, brew pubs, Chicago Cubs retail store on floors one and two, along with a conference center and Chicago Cubs management on floors four through six. Additional construction of lower level underneath plaza will host locker rooms, media center, lounges and numerous back of house services.
